Hi, my name is Kati, I am RTT (Rapid Transformation Therapy) therapist and hypnotherapist. I help facilitate freedom for anyone, who is ready to make a deep and lasting change in their lives.

Does RTT Hypnotherapy Work?

Yes, the result usually comes with 1 session, sessions for the same situation may be needed 1 – 3.

How does it feel in a hypnotherapy session?

The experience is different. Some people feel a slight floating sensation, others do not. Some feel sleepy, others do not. Most people find that they are very relaxed and feel good in their body. It is important to know that how you feel is not an indicator of how effective a session is. No matter how you feel in the session, you will get the result. You will see new solutions.

How does it work?

Hypnosis is not magic – it is science. In hypnosis, the brain waves slow down, similar to when REM occurs during sleep, it is the rapid movement of the eyeballs when the eyelid is closed and the eyeballs move upwards. REM is well visible in babies before they fall asleep. The REM state provides access to the subconscious. It is very easy to go into REM and everyone can do it. You will be assured when you try it out yourself!

Will I fall asleep?

No, you will not fall asleep. You are aware of what is happening to you throughout the session.

How long does one session last?

About 2 hours.

Is it possible to ``get stuck`` in hypnosis?

No, it’s not possible, it’s an urban legend, the hypnotic state is a natural state. Throughout the session, you have more control over yourself, not less. You can move, talk, take a napkin, if you want you can also leave (I have had a client who wanted to use the toilet). If the session takes place via the internet and the connection is lost, you may fall asleep when you are very relaxed, but in the end, you will notice that you cannot hear my voice anymore and open your eyes.

What if I don't go into deep enough relaxation?

No need to worry about how deeply you relax. The depth of relaxation is not important and the degree of relaxation is not related to the outcome. You will experience at the beginning of the session that you are relaxed and in great contact with yourself because during REM your critical conscious mind is quiet.

What if I already know what is causing my situation?

What makes RTT exceptional is that even if you think you know what is causing your situation, you will see your situation from a COMPLETELY new angle. This fact allows you to change the meaning, your current belief. Most clients go back to situations that are completely different from what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious will show you exactly what you need to see. Remember, if you knew the real reason for your situation, you probably would have fixed it already.
