As an RTT therapist, I have a thorough and systematic knowledge of how to make safe and perceived contact with a client, how to help him see what is holding him back. Sometimes I feel great sadness with the client about his dramatic life events, sometimes I laugh happily when they tell me about their great, liberating and joyful post-session realization.
Who am I and why did I decide to become an RTT therapist?
I am a little over half a century old, but it is only in the last three years that I can say that I have lived consciously. My dear ex-colleagues said: Kati, looking at you, it really seems that life is only beginning in your fifties. I told them that everyone should start living at once, I just didn’t know how to, earlier.
Things in my life started to change as I realised that external success did not bring me the peace and joy I had hoped for. I started the stumbling search for the good feeling I had lost. A way how to find joy which alternates with conscious effort and completing important tasks every day.
So I found a program whose providers seemed credible, and by the end of the second week, I started to notice a change. I remember saying to myself: where are my worries?
I was greatly amazed that my inner state had changed drastically. The mood was better, the will to act was higher, the productivity was higher and I started to see new opportunities, I started to make better choices.
My weight started to drop and it is quite remarkable because it is a big challenge for most overweight people.
Within a few months of my weight loss I heard several funny comments by people:
“Kati, you are very strong, you have great willpower!” (I wish!)
“Kati, you will soon start eating normally again!” (Hell no, if normal eating is non-stop candy, pretzels, pizzas and other sugar and flour products)
“Kati, you are really great, you can keep the new, lower weight.”
I am 165 cm tall and have lost weight from 70 kilos to 56 kilos. My healthy weight makes me happy every day, the healing eating habits are as easy for me as driving a car or going to the movies.
After the first program, I continued my search and came upon coaching. I went to the United States to study coaching with Anthony Robbins’ partners. Coaching is certainly a fantastic tool to start systematically creating the life you want, but I remember thinking: why do I still have such doubts about myself, why am I still offended by some grumpy people. How could I focus on myself even more?
And then I saw a revelation.
I saw a video of Marisa Peer talking about hypnotherapy. She spoke of deceiving fear, lying to your brain and stealing back your self-confidence which is your birthright.
She thought that Cheat, Lie and Steal would make a great title of her new book. In my opinion it is really easy for Marisa Peer to get attention with her appearance, because she has exceptionally, unearthly long and beautiful legs – the legs of a supermodel.
The greater contrast is to hear her clear, simple, comprehensible, humanly warm explanations of how to communicate with oneself, how to control one’s subconscious mind.
I had the opportunity to participate in an RTT group hypnosis session created by Marisa Peer, and I had the first experience how my subconscious, limiting and negative belief, locked in me since childhood, had literally tormented me for almost fifty years.
I realised that RTT, which involves a hypnotic state and an extraordinary understanding of human development, is a therapy that can change lives. I can divide my life into two parts – my life before RTT hypnotherapy and a conscious life with hypnotherapy.
This is how I see things. I am very happy that I found the RTT hypnotherapy created by Marisa Peer. Our whole life is stuck in our subconscious beliefs. Change your beliefs and your life will change.
Today, I do individual sessions and group therapies, I get positive feedback, people lose weight, get better, become more confident and calmer. I am constantly looking for new contacts and creating beautiful human relationships.
I feel in touch with myself. There are challenges in my life every day, but there are also joy, success, three nourishing meals, training and deep healing sleep. I focus on what works and what brings joy.
I’m a firm believer that if RTT hypnotherapy gave me back my well-being, balance and joy, it can give that to everyone. I love beautiful human relationships and work that is significant and creates positive change. That’s why I am an RTT hypnotherapist.
