Processing of personal data is any activity performed with the personal data of a website visitor (hereinafter user) – collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of data. Users are all persons who visit the website, consume services or provide information to Ravellus. For example, reading articles, subscribing to services, or contacting Ravellus by email. The Services are all free and paid products and services offered by Ravellus.
Processing of personal data
By using the Website, the user consents to the processing of his/her data in accordance with these privacy terms. Ravellus collects the following personal data of users through the website in the
- User’s e-mail address – when the user subscribes to a newsletter or sends an e-mail;
- user name and e-mail address – when the user makes an information request;
- Website traffic statistics – using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel.
Use of personal data
Ravellus uses personal data to provide services to the user, such as entering into and performing a contract, communicating with the user, forwarding invoices and notifying the user's e-mail address of new articles, services and campaigns, but only with the user’s prior consent.
Ravellus uses website traffic statistics to improve the user experience of the website and to market it more effectively.
The user has the right to prohibit the processing of his/her personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to fulfil a requirement arising from the contract, including the provision of a service.
What personal information we collect and why
When visitors leave comments on a website, we record the details of the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser ID.
The information sent from the contact form is stored in Ravellus web server and customer management program (CRM).
There are two types of cookies:
Persistent cookies that remain permanently in the cookie file on the user's computer. They can be used, for example, to identify the user as a repeat visitor to the website and to adapt the content of the website to the user’s needs or to collect statistics.
Session cookies are temporary and disappear when the user leaves the website or closes their browser. Session cookies may be used to enable certain functions of the website, such as requesting
a service or product, etc.
Cookies are used to collect information about how the website is used to make it more personal and user-friendly for users. In addition, cookies help to collect user statistics, which allow us to measure and improve the performance of the website, and provide basic data for effective marketing activities.

- to demand the correction, supplementation or deletion of personal data under the conditions prescribed by law;
- require restrictions on the processing of personal data;
- require the transfer of personal data.
In order to exercise their rights, the user must send a request to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. If the user is a subscriber to the Ravellus e-mail, he/she can unsubscribe and unsubscribe from further e-mails via the link at the end of the e-mail.
If the User believes that his or her rights have been violated during the processing of personal data, he or she has the right to apply to the Data Protection Inspectorate.
Data sharing with third parties
The third party is a Ravellus partner and service provider who processes personal data and whose product or service Ravellus uses to provide services to the user. Ravellus uses third parties for its
daily activities, offering:
- e-mail forwarding and management system;
- website hosting;
- website usage statistics analysis;
- use of social media and analysis of social media statistics;
- use of accounting software.
In addition to the third parties mentioned in the previous section, Ravellus forwards the user’s personal data to the following partners:

What are the rights to your data
If you have a user account on this website or have written comments, you can request a file from us with personal information about you, including information you have entered. You can also request the deletion of all data about you. This does not apply to data we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
