We need to protect ourselves!<br \/>\nHowever, on the other hand, our fears are largely fabricated\u201499% of the time, we scare ourselves.<\/p>\n<h4>How can we direct our thoughts so that we feel protected while remaining open?<\/h4>\n<h4>Let me remind you of something particularly wonderful: the powerful beliefs that create protection and avoid burnout, are free!<\/h4>\n<p>We carry a protective shield because we have all been hurt at some point, and being wise, we don\u2019t want to get hurt again. The way to avoid getting hurt is to either avoid the same situations or to<br \/>\nimmediately attack to end the situation (the two main stress responses: fight or flight). And what are the situations you find yourself with this kind of &#8220;protection&#8221;? You experience<br \/>\nconfrontation, people distancing themselves from you, verbal attacks from others\u2014that is everything you want to protect yourself primarily!<\/p>\n<p>The way to always protect yourself is not to flee or fight, but to remind yourself that you have everything you need. You simply solve the next situation; you are an adult, a caring and intelligent<br \/>\nperson, and you will find a solution. The one who remains calm, wins!<\/p>\n<p>Imagine that there is <strong>a beautiful solid protective bubble around you<\/strong>, where everything you need is available. You choose only, who you let into that bubble and for how long, because you have 100% the power to do so.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inside this protective bubble, there are:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u2192 the ability to move your body, to exercise as often as you wish and at the intensity you choose, and a good feeling is always guaranteed<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u2192 the opportunity to eat healthily so that eating heals the body and provides energy, rather than tiring it or increasing inflammation<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u2192 the feeling of being loved and the ability to love. You are protected from bullying, unequal treatment,<br \/>\nabuse of power, blaming, and so on. It also helps you cope more easily with information overload and a heavy workload, because you know, good things are waiting for you.<\/p>\n<p>If for any reason you do not have a loving relationship, a sporting routine, healthy food choices, or if your hobby has been neglected, then these are the areas worth fixing. If you fix them, they will start to support you powerfully. If for some reason you belittle these areas\u2014like saying exercising wastes time, or you can eat anything because medicine will help if your health deteriorates, or your hobby doesn\u2019t bring in money, or love is for the naive, etc.\u2014then consider hypnotherapy to gain better beliefs for yourself.
