How to Achieve It?

Constant fatigue is a condition that many people experience, and it seems to have become the new normal. When you get home from work, you don’t have the energy to engage with your family or pursue hobbies because all your energy was spent at work, and that’s a shame. It’s a shame for the individual and it’s a shame for the family.

Is there a secret trick to boost your energy without resorting to energy drinks or sugary beverages?

The way you think about your day might be the key 🙂

Imagine planning your next vacation: you’re choosing a hotel that offers comfort, including a nice air-conditioned gym, located by the beach with a beautiful promenade shaded by gracefully arching palm trees, alternating between shade and sunlight. The powerful roar of the ocean serves as a soothing, invincible backdrop, a mighty force of nature. You are part of that sun, that ocean, and you are in no rush, nothing else to do but prepare yourself to enjoy a delicious dinner with friends…

If you just thought about a vacation and felt calm, your body relaxed. You were in the moment and allowed yourself to enjoy beautiful fantasy, feeling happy inside. What you just did was a visualization that made you forget all the mundane concerns. Your mind and body rested. We all have responsibilities and tasks to accomplish, and constantly worrying about them doesn’t create energy; it exhausts you even more.

But… when effort alternates with rest, when effort alternates with rewards, all challenges seem easier. If you complete tasks in parts and know that a small break is coming, a reward is coming, then you have something to strive for. To feel good, you don’t have to wait for a vacation, just change the way you think about your day. Think of each day as having tasks that need to be done, followed by the joy of accomplishment and the reward you allow yourself as a boost.

What does this look like?

✔ A reward for waking up with the first alarm and brushing your teeth is a glass of refreshing water.

✔ A reward for doing morning exercises (which I believe is a reward in itself) is a cup of delicious coffee.

✔ A reward for arriving at work on time is a cheerful greeting and small talk with a nice colleague.

✔ A reward for successfully completing the first meeting and setting new plans is a cup of your favorite tea.

✔ A reward for completing all your planned morning tasks is a fresh, healthy moderate lunch with a pleasant colleague.

✔ A reward for contacting all necessary people and updating the client program is a refreshing 5-minute walk.

✔ A reward for completing all the activities planned for the day is a glass of lemon water and the great joy and sense of achievement from a productive day.

✔ A reward for successfully finishing the workday is a small snack and the opportunity to go to the gym.

✔ A reward for supporting your health with a workout is a fresh, healthy moderate dinner.

✔ A reward for being a disciplined person who respects oneself enough to create a good life is planning the weekend with your family.

How would you like living a life where an effort alternates with a sense of achievement and rewards every day?

I think it’s a very good life 🙂

Moreover, when you train your mind, you also train yourself to act accordingly, alternating effort with rest, and you get used to it. You become a doer, not just a dreamer. We can’t plan a vacation every day, but we don’t need to. The joy of achievement is absolute; joy is joy, whether you’re planning a vacation or enjoying the feeling of completing an important task. To feel more joy, it’s IMPORTANT TO TRAIN YOURSELF TO THINK THAT EACH DAY INVOLVES MULTIPLE EFFORTS FOLLOWED BY THE JOY OF ACHIEVEMENTS AND REWARDS.

Avoid burnout with hypnotherapy

Everything becomes easier when you break tasks into parts and take breaks. If you only celebrate graduation or earning your first million, disregarding all the preceding stages, you might never reach the goal because the journey is too hard and tiring. Besides, if you reach the “big” goal, you most probably have forgotten how to enjoy the achievement.

Dividing tasks into stages and celebrating each stage, feeling the sense of achievement, being proud and happy, and taking the reward is very, very important.
